Get more out of your holiday and have your trip tailor made
A tailor-made trip is more than just taking dates and budget into consideration. When you contact Baobabwe about your trip, the first thing we will do is to arrange an appointment to talk about your holiday requirements. This can be in person with Maryse and Geert when they are in Europe, or over Skype or Whatsapp. With this information, Baobabwe can custom design your itinerary based on your requirements and budget. The itinerary will contain a complete list of activities, accommodation, car rental, inclusive and exclusive items, and the total price.
If you are happy with the proposed itinerary, you will need to pay a deposit and Baobabwe will book everything as listed. Baobabwe does all the follow up for you. A month before departure, the balance will need to be paid and you will get a detailed briefing on the practicalities of your trip. This is a good time to ask any questions about what to bring, how long the transfer will be and so on.
All you need to do is pack your suitcase and get to the airport with your tickets and international passport. From the moment you arrive, somebody will be there to help you.
